Once your return has been received by the seller, it may take up to 6 calendar days to process. If your return is approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used for your order. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
Return status on your App:
- Awaiting Approval: your return is pending approval from the seller
- Ongoing: your return has been accepted and will be complete once the product arrives to the seller facilities to be approved
- Complete: your return process is now complete
