Place the item inside the box, including any branded boxes, dust bags or cases.
• Attach the Return Label to the outside of the package.
• If your order included a Return Note, attach it to the outside as well.
• Hand the Waybill Document to the courier and keep a note of the Waybill Number to track your return.
Important: The courier must scan the label to ensure tracking is activated.
Returning Items from Multiple Brands or Partner Boutiques?
Each return must be packaged separately, with the correct Return Label attached to the outside of each package.
